Non-CDL driver position, driving a van.

We are looking for someone to act as a collection driver for our residential service in the DC Metro Area.  If you are a safe driver who likes saving the planet and can lift atleast 50lbs, then this may be the job for you.  

No Compost Experience Needed!  As long as you have initiative and a good attitude, we'll get you trained to be a compost pro.

Day-to-day responsibilities would be to pick-up 7-14 gallon bins from customers, empty bins at our compost site, and wash the bins.

You get to be where the compost happens.  We are hiring a person to act as a compost technician at our compost facility in Aberdeen, MD.  No previous composting experience is necessary, although experience in farming, gardening, etc. is a plus.

Day-to-day responsibilities include bagging compost products, picking worms, screening compost, operating heavy equipment, washing food scrap bins, interacting with customers, and other farm chores.  Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

This job takes place in a farm environment and is a blend of administrative work and customer service. If you have garden or farming knowledge that's a plus, but not a requirement.

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, scheduling orders from customers, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

This involves both sales and operations.  You would be responsible for sales/marketing for our special event composting services.  

Throughout the year we collect and compost food scraps at weddings, marathons, concerts, etc.  We would like to expand this business.  

You would be paid a commission for all special event composting work you booked.  You would also receive hourly pay and mileage for "working" the events.  So, dropping off bins, helping make sure trash is kept out of the bins during events, and taking the bins back to one of our facilities.

Position can be a "work from home" scenario.  Hours are extremely flexible.
